About The Job

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible in expanding the market presence and achieving sales targets.

This leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, managing tender process and closing sales.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand a robust client base, maximising satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Revenue Generation: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, crafting compelling proposals.
  • Process Excellence: Efficiently manage all aspects of the tendering process, from preparation to negotiation.
  • Team Development: Coach and motivate sales professionals, tracking KPIs and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with HQ to integrate regional sales strategies with corporate objectives and share critical market intelligence.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business avenues, staying abreast of market dynamics.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in data centre is preferred
  • Has strong negotiation and stakeholders management skills
  • A good team player
