Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, advertising, or related industries
  • Good understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, social media, content, analytics)
  • Exposure to service-based or agency-style sales environments is an advantage
  • Comfortable managing thefull sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin(spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Responsibility

We are looking for aresults-driven Sales Manager (Digital Marketing)to join our digital marketing team. This is ahands-on sales rolefor professionals who are comfortable meeting clients, pitching digital marketing solutions, andclosing deals independently.

This role is open to experienced sales professionals atSenior Executive or Manager level, depending on experience and performance.

The role also requires an understanding ofbasic client servicing and coordination after deal closure, to support smooth project execution and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, andclose new businessfor digital marketing services
  • Meet clients to understand business objectives, marketing needs, budgets, and timelines
  • Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions based on client requirements
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations with internal team support
  • Negotiate commercial terms and achieve individual sales targets
  • Supportbasic client servicing and coordination after closing, including onboarding and early-stage alignment
  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business or upselling
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign scope and expectations are aligned
