Sales Manager

AVS GSA Malaysia, a wholly owned subsidiary of ECS Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Cargo Sales Manager to join its dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With more than 10 years of presence in Malaysia, AVS proudly represents renowned airlines delivering high quality cargo airline representation and service excellence to the Malaysia airfreight industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for air cargo revenue growth, pricing strategies, market analysis, and developing new business opportunities for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize cargo revenue.
• Oversee pricing, contracts, and negotiations with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to optimize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance cargo service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on revenue, market trends, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Be an advocate on cargo digitalization effort

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cargo sales, commercial management, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute revenue-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software
