About The Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise SAAS Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on expanding and managing key Mid-Market accounts (2500 and below sized companies) in Malaysia for the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience platform (LXP) offerings of Disprz. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing relationships, and maximizing revenue within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling Learning, talent management, HRMS solutions, proven expertise in account management, and established relationships with CHROs and key decision-makers within Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the LMS product suite within the enterprise sector. Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell to existing customers.

Partnership Development

Establish and cultivate strong partnerships with strategic organizations, including local businesses, influencers, and industry groups, to enhance brand presence and secure new business.

Relationship Building With CHROs And L&D Heads

Leverage an established network within the local market to build and maintain relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and other senior leaders, ensuring that LMS solutions meet organizational needs.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting

Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting, tracking sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance to meet and exceed targets.

Negotiation & Contract Management

Lead the negotiation process for new deals and renewals, ensuring favorable contract terms and long-term partnerships.

Support With Account Management

Support to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Serve as the point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the successful implementation of LMS solutions.

Market Intelligence

Stay up-to-date on trends in the LMS and SAAS markets within Malaysia. Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry innovations to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

Experience:

4+ years of experience in enterprise-level cum mid-market sales , account management, or partnerships, with a proven track record of success in the LMS, SaaS, or related technology sectors.

Strong experience in selling LMS or HR solutions within the Malaysian market, particularly to large enterprises.

Skills & Expertise

Deep knowledge of the Malaysian market, including local industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.

Strong network with CHROs and senior HR leaders in the Malaysian market.

Proven ability to build and manage relationships with high-level decision-makers.

Expertise in sales process management, negotiation, and closing deals.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English and Malay is required.

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master&aposs degree is a plus.
