Hiring: Manager Sales Planning
Petaling Jaya (PJ)
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead sales forecasting, planning, and nationwide vehicle distribution to ensure optimal stock availability across dealer networks.
Develop monthly & annual sales forecasts
Analyze market trends, demand patterns & competitor performance
Set sales targets and track performance vs plan
Prepare business reports for management
Support budgeting and revenue planning
Manage vehicle allocation and dealer inventory levels
6+ years in Sales Planning, Demand Forecasting & Distribution
Automotive OEM/distributor experience preferred
Strong analytical and planning skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Excellent stakeholder & dealer management skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Supply Chain / Economics
