About this role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to expand Delta Electronics Malaysia's Industrial Automation Business market in Factory and Machine Automation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for budgeted target and key KPIs.
• Approach and develop potential clients in Factory and Machine Automation market.
• Manage existing channels and develop new qualified channel partners in different industries.
• Collect market information and review market analyses to determine client needs, competitor information and market conditions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and optimize market share.
• Remain abreast with the changes within Industrial Automation and other relevant regulatory affairs to determine the impact on the environment, business and assess potential opportunities.
• Maintaining CRM up to date and funnel is healthy against stipulated target.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of Industrial Automation products and solutions (PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, VFD, Servo Press, and Robotics) within Factory and Machine Automation.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue targets and key performance objectives in the Industrial Automation sector.
• Solid industry knowledge with the ability to map market landscapes and execute strategic account-approach plans.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a dynamic, proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to operate effectively, foster strong client relationships and a strong sense of ownership.
• English Proficiency: Excellent written and oral communication skills for corporate and technical presentations.
• Multilingual Capability (Business-Driven): Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous to facilitate seamless communication with regional manufacturing clients, vendors, and international headquarters.
