Sales Manager (Fire Protection Systems)

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in fire protection systems manufacturing.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Kuala Lumpur

• Revenue & Growth: Drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities within the Fire Protection and Smoke Control markets to meet revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building long-term trust to ensure the company remains their preferred technical specialist.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all proposed solutions and designs strictly adhere to local fire safety standards and authority requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Project and Technical departments to deliver accurate, high-performance proposals that align with client needs.
• Specialized Promotion: Actively market the company's niche expertise in Performance Louvres and Fire Security systems to strengthen market positioning.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure transparency and data-driven reporting.
  
  

the requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
