Sales Manager Food Industry

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across retail, wholesale, food service, and/or distribution channels

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales planning

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and suppliers

• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report regularly to senior management

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with business objectives

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies in all sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
