What will you be doing
- Achieve Company's goal and objective set in sales budget and KPI.
- Accountable for sales target / operation metrics for Distributors as assigned under his / her responsibility.
- Responsible for overall business development by brands / packs / channels.
- Develop, guide and motivate sales team to achieve outlet merchandising excellence.
- Develop monthly action plan according to location / area needs and requirements.
- Prepare and manage monthly sales forecast.
- Monitor and feedback to management on competitor's activities and act effectively to remove any competitive advantage.
- Develop sales team (DSM/ADSM/DMR) skills and competencies through on job and classroom trainings.
What you bring
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies or any related discipline.
- Must have at least 8 years of related experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage a team of sales personnel.
- Computer literate with strong analytical skill and result oriented.
- Effective presentation skill and demonstrate good business acumen.
- Must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
