Job Title: Sales Manager (HVAC)
Location: Subang, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Build relationships with new customers, cold calling is required
- Explore, identify and grab business opportunities in market.
- Promote company solution and product by having regular visit to all stakeholder as well as participating in or organizing marketing events.
- prepare presentation slide and present to all potential customers in the market.
- Laise with stakeholder to secure projects
- work with team members to generate project proposal, present to customers, conclude PO
- Carry out tender exercise, spec-in, tender preparation, submission, technical clarification, price negotiation.
- understand and analyze the needs of the market and work closely with in house marketing team to conclude a right product at right price level in production development plan.
- Discuss and conclude sales strategy with superior.
- Prepare market report, sales report, forecast, progress report.
- Attend monthly sales meeting
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in HVAC industry (manufacturer)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory in order to liaise with diverse client groups.
