Job Description

Responsibility:

Monitor sales objectives and evaluate progress towards company goals.
Planning Staffing requirements for sales.
Analysing market potential and market utilization.
Mentor and coach sales members to improve sales skills.
Evaluate customer satisfaction rates and develop plans to improve ratings.
Assuming responsibilities for controlling retail standards, price and rebate system.
Plan, create and deliver sales report to upper management
