KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plans control and directs activities of the sales program to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales for the company.
· Recommends, get approval and implements innovative cost-effective sales program.
· To execute and understand all aspects of sales and to generate sales as stipulated in KPI budget set by the Management.
· Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
· Responsible for the development and management of sales operating budgets.
· To penetrate and increase sales opportunities in online ticketing, events, sponsorships, banqueting, corporate events, MICE related revenue stream.
· Provide leadership in defining major market opportunities, direct, market opportunities and lead market research to identify customers needs and to contribute to the development of appropriate / service to deliver against these needs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
· At least 4 years of working experience in hotel/hospitality/theme park industry sales.
· Good attitude and interpersonal skills
· Good presentation and problem-solving skills
· A result driven attitude.
· Highly motivated to work towards set of goals.
