Your new role

  • Develop and execute sales plans aimed at meeting revenue goals and driving business growth.
  • Prospect and secure new customers, markets, and opportunities to expand the business.
  • Oversee and strengthen various sales channels to boost market reach and customer interaction.
  • Manage the endtoend sales process, from crafting proposals to negotiating terms and finalising contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams-including R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance-to ensure seamless support for customer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in plastics/resins trading.
  • Able to understand technical products and explain value clearly to customers.
  • Willing to travel as required
