Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong technical background in personal care and home care ingredients. This role is perfect for a professional who combines technical expertise with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging their technical knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for personal care and home care products, targeting new and existing markets.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of personal care and home care ingredients to provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive strategic decisions and sales tactics.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new ingredients, and innovations to effectively promote our product portfolio and provide valuable insights to clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently delivering results that align with company goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the personal care and home care industry, with a strong emphasis on technical knowledge of ingredients and formulations.

Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of personal care and home care ingredients, including their properties, benefits, and applications.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing sales processes, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in relevant areas is a plus.

Attributes: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
