- Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve targets & business KPIs
Sales Management
- Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff
- Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
- motivate, guide and coach sales staff
- Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
- Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
- Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
- Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Oversight on code of ethic of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities
Staff Management
- Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
- Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance
Customer Service Management
- Anticipates customers needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
