Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sales and achieve targets & business KPIs

Sales Management

  • Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff
  • Personally solicit and drive sales to ensure team overall objectives/sales are maximized
  • motivate, guide and coach sales staff
  • Jointly develop and plan for marketing and sales campaigns
  • Leverage on community relationships to maximize sales
  • Develop and maintain a network of local business contacts
  • Cross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
  • Oversight on code of ethic of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities

Staff Management

  • Jointly plan for recruitment and retention of sales personnel
  • Motivate, coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance

Customer Service Management

  • Anticipates customers needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
