Sales Manager, Pharmaceutical (Oncology, Respiratory)

• Lead and manage the Pharmaceutical Sales team across Malaysia.
• Drive sales growth in Oncology and Respiratory drug portfolios.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Private and Government Hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a focus on Private and Government Hospitals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to devise effective sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or a related field (preferred).
