Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Puchong. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include leading sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will liaise with clients to understand their packaging needs and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of the packaging industry, including equipment such as filling, capping, labeling, wrapping, and inkjet coding, is a plus
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for sales and data analysis
• Flexibility to work on-site in Puchong with the ability to respond quickly to client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
