Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key clients; act as a point of escalation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales consultations to ensure successful onboarding and continued client engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors strategies, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches and offerings.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans.
  • Set clear sales targets, design incentive structures, and drive team performance to exceed objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and distribution ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environments
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
