Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Miri. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the hotel. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, identifying and pursuing new markets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will also lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategies, account management, and relationship building.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to conduct impactful sales presentations.
  • Knowledge of market trends, revenue forecasting, and hospitality industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage clients with professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-oriented industry is highly advantageous.
