Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed company targets.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and identify opportunities for sales.
- Maintaining client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer challenges and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Manage pricing strategies and contract agreements to maximize profitability.
- Service Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the logistics or courier services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
