JOB SCOPE (Sales Manager Reisopack)

Reporting to Mosca Asia Group – Director Sales & Business Development

Ø Geographic responsibility

All sales and customer issues within the markets of Malaysia, as allocated by the company.

Ø Product responsibility

Reisopack products and other related packaging equipment or materials from other manufacturers.

Ø Based on market intelligence, assist in development and subsequently in the updating of marketing strategies for the products. Focus on the task of ensuring that, we at all times offer competitive price / performance ratios of the market segments addressed.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Ø Visit target customers in designated geographic area at agreed frequencies.

Ø Based on agreed marketing strategies to more aggressively promote and sell designated products to the target customers.

Ø Build good personal contacts with all representatives of customers and thereby to support and promote the positive image of the Mosca Group and Reisopack equipment in the market.

Ø Ensure most efficient use of our business system to allow more effective market coverage, includes task of direct in-putting of market / customer data into our business system.

Ø To report daily sales appointments using Outlook Calendar movement chart.

Ø To furnish a bi-weekly report on sales activities and market information related to our industry and report once a month to head office, Singapore, Mosca Asia.

Targets

Ø Sales budget – to achieve sales volume and gross profit figures for each financial year as set-out by the company.

Ø To develop a firm understanding of Reisopack products within the strapping and its related industry.

Ø Be part of the overall effort to develop a strong and favorable image of Reisopack among our customers in the marketplace.

Ø Penetrate existing sales markets as well as develop new Mosca sales markets.

Developing Sales Strategies:

Ø Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Ø Analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

Ø Evaluating and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

Ø Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Ø Understanding client needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services.

Ø Resolving client issues and concerns promptly.

Business Expansion:

Ø Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.

Ø Formulating and executing plans for business expansion and market penetration.

Ø Establishing partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's market presence.

Requirements

· Post graduate diploma, professional degree, business studies / administration management, marketing or its equivalent.

· Proven work experience in the related field (Minimum 3 to 5 years experience)

· Good team player and interpersonal skills

· Must possess own transport and ability to travel 30-40% of the time

· Adaptable and able to execute varied tasks/job scopes

· High self-motivation, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

· Full time position available
