We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the national development and distribution of our highly innovative RPPE product range in Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore. In this role, the Sales Manager will combine strong technical expertise with strategic sales leadership to drive market demand, engage major end users, and develop a solid distribution network. He / She will also manage direct supply models where needed.

This position involves extensive travel approximately 70%, including visits to customer sites, distributors, and trade shows.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Define and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Develop effective sales and marketing initiatives to grow market presence.
  • Identify customer needs and market trends to guide pricing, discounts, and product positioning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.

Product & Business Development

  • Manage approval processes for new RPPE products.
  • Generate new business opportunities and suggest innovations for product growth.
  • Support budgeting and R&D investment decisions.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Lead sales forecasting and set performance targets.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide accurate cost analyses and quotations, with timely follow-up.
  • Control divisional spending to meet budget requirements.

Customer & Distributor Engagement

  • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Manage customer requests and resolve issues across all organizational levels.
  • Plan and manage inventory according to market demand.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PPE sales, including at least 5 years in half-mask (RPPE) sales.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and expanding markets.
  • Solid customer-facing experience within the PPE industry and working knowledge of certification requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • A fluent knowledge of English language is strongly appreciated.
