Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Sairah Trading Sdn Bhd, located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales goals, developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, creating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a sales team effectively
  • Proven experience in managing sales operations within a business-to-business (B2B) environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends will be an added advantage
