Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and manage high-value accounts within our distribution and project channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with existing key clients while strategically identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and developing new business streams and ensuring that key clients remain highly satisfied with our solutions.
- Account Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing a consistently high standard of professional customer service.
- Network Expansion: Proactively develop sales within both Direct and Distribution channels to broaden our clientele base.
- Strategic Planning: Implement competitive sales strategies to grow market share, including the preparation of formal proposals and pricing quotations.
- New Market Entry: Lead the effective onboarding of new customers and play a key role in setting up new business ventures.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve.
- Brand Representation: Plan and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to maximize brand exposure.
- Channel Management: Recruit and manage local distributors, overseeing their marketing activities, project pipelines, and technical support.
Requirements
- Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- A proven track record in hard goods or managing large-scale wholesale partnerships will be highly regarded.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent business acumen, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Resourceful, highly adaptable, and committed to achieving high-performance sales targets.
- Must be willing to travel frequently to support regional business development.
