Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by developing strong relationships with long-stay corporate clients, relocation companies, project-based businesses, and other key segments. The role focuses on promoting the serviced residence product, securing new business, and retaining existing clients through effective sales strategies and account management.

Qualifications

. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in the serviced apartment or extended-stay segment.
. Strong client management and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Good knowledge of the local corporate market and relocation trends.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
. Degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
. Fluent in English additional language skills are a plus.
