As a certified EPCC contractor, it delivers endtoend services across commercial and industrial solar projects, largescale solar developments, energy storage systems, operations and maintenance, and renewable energy investments. The organisation has completed a substantial portfolio of commissioned assets and project deployments, supported by an active development pipeline that contributes to ongoing national and regional sustainability goals.


Your new role

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead commercial efforts to meet revenue goals for solar-related offerings across commercial, industrial, and utilityscale segments.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen the market presence of solar technologies, including PV systems, building-integrated solutions, and leasing models.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and financial teams to ensure project viability, cost efficiency, and successful execution.
  • Regulatory Awareness & Innovation: Stay informed on relevant renewable energy policies and incentive schemes, ensuring all sales and marketing activities align with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular updates to management through sales forecasts, ROI evaluations, and recommendations for market growth and expansion


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years in marketing & sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role in the solar/renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record in selling solar solutions (C&I) and managing large-scale projects
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
