We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and supporting marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Experience in a solar company will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities Manage and grow relationships with clients, from initial contact through project completion Conduct sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and basic project documentation Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Familiarity with project-based sales or solution selling is preferred Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy projects will be an advantage Prior experience in solar projects or solar companies is an added advantage
