Your new role
- Build and strengthen relationships with current customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Partner with technical service, R&D, and marketing teams to deliver valueadded support, including customer trials, presentations, product specifications, troubleshooting, and application development.
- Track market developments, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts to guide product portfolio planning and pricing decisions.
- Improve margins and overall profitability by optimising the product mix, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring costefficient selling.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to maintain product availability, ensure timely deliveries, and streamline internal processes to consistently meet customer needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-5 years of sales or business development experience (Speciality chemicals industry).
- Ability to learn quickly and be trained into a specialist.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
