Sales Manager - East Asia to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships in the Mongolia region.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and making cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by closing deals with potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the technical support department and product specialists, to address customer requirements and provide solutions to their needs.
- Attend exhibitions, meetings, and events to represent the company and its products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards sales targets.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Professionally fluency in both Mongolian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Interested in or have some knowledge in the industry of the products and services offered by the company.
