Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for water pumps and power generators within the hardware dealer channel.
Expand and manage a strong network of hardware dealers, distributors, and retailers across assigned regions.
Identify new dealer prospects and oversee dealer onboarding, training, and performance management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hardware dealers and key distributors.
Conduct regular dealer visits to review sales performance, stock levels, pricing, and merchandising execution.
Implement dealer incentive programs, promotions, and sell-out activities to drive demand.
Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and competitive threats within the pumps and generator market.
Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and channel activities to support strategic decisions.
Support new product launches and ensure effective market penetration through dealers.
Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and market coverage.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 810 years of sales experience, preferably in water pumps, generators, electrical products, tools, or building materials.
Proven experience managing hardware dealer or retail distribution channels.
Strong understanding of dealer sales operations, pricing structures, and retail dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and dealer performance.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Results-oriented, hands-on, and commercially driven.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence dealers and internal teams.
Willingness to travel extensively to manage dealer networks and support sales activities.
