Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager located in Johor Bahru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.

- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients
- Experience in Market Research to identify market trends and opportunities
- Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or die casting industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Metal Fabrication), or related field.
- Candidates must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage, particularly for serving China-based customers.
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
