Location: Kuala Lumpur (few openings located in Pudu / Atria Shopping Gallery / Swiss Garden Residences)

Role Positioning & Objectives:-

This role will be responsible to promote company's projects actively to achieve overall business objectives and to provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Vacancies 1

  • Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
  • Actively promote company's projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers enquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
  • Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea.
  • Prepare leads report, compile and solicit registration database and ensure proper recording in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
  • Conduct market research and provide feedbacks to improve overall sales delivery and service quality.
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants and creative agencies to produce the desired results in achieving sales budget and branding strategies.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

  • To participate in outreach/ road shows/ exhibition activities or event.
  • Achieve balanced scorecard targets and Key Performance Index (KPI).
  • To aggressively promote 3 days 2 nights stay in our Home-Based Hotels & Resorts
  • 4. To achieve the approved monthly sales team net sales target & RRD targets..

i. Monthly Sales Target*

Sales target RM60,000 per month

ii. Monthly Closing Ratio

  • To achieve minimum closing ratio of 1:5 or 20% *Sales target & quota will be reviewed from time to time at the discretion of the company.
  • A minimum of 60 minutes full presentation on SGIVC memberships; commencing from the initial introduction of SGIVC until and including the attempts made to closing of the sale.
  • To submit RRD sales report to immediate superior daily
  • To attend all meetings, training, tem building organized/ conducted by the Sales Management Team (SMT) and all functions held by the company.
  • To participate in all organized sales activities & implement all sales strategies in a timely and effective manner.

ESSENTIAL, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 13 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage
