This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Coordinator. The position is based in Shah Alam, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting sales activities, managing promotional events, and assisting with project execution to drive business objectives. The role also involves effective communication with team members, partners, and clients to ensure alignment and success in marketing and sales campaigns.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and partners.
• Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
• Event planning and organizational skills to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns effectively.
• Proficient writing skills for creating compelling marketing materials and content.
• Project management skills to oversee and execute tasks within deadlines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Takaful and insurance industries is an advantage.
