Role Overview
As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and aligning ToYm's sales and marketing functions to achieve sustainable revenue growth and strong brand presence. This role combines strategic leadership with execution oversight, ensuring sales performance, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning work cohesively to support ToYm's advertising, media, and content businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Drive revenue growth across advertising, branded content, events, digital media, and partnerships.
Oversee sales pipeline development, client acquisition, and key account relationships.
Lead marketing direction across brand positioning, campaigns, digital presence, and communications.
Ensure close alignment between sales, marketing, creative, and production teams.
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to sales and marketing teams.
Review and optimize sales and marketing processes, structures, and resources.
Represent ToYm in high-level client, partner, and industry engagements.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine commercial strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in advertising, media, or entertainment industries.
Proven leadership experience managing both sales and marketing functions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and brand growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
Experience working closely with creative, production, and media teams.
Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
