BeautsGO is an international Beauty & Medical Tourism platform connecting global clients with trusted aesthetic clinics, plastic surgery hospitals, wellness centres and healthcare providers across Asia-Pacific.
We are looking for a passionate, driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through business development and partnership acquisition.
- Source and develop partnerships with aesthetic clinics, plastic surgery hospitals, wellness centres, medical providers and spas across Asia.
- Expand BeautsGO's partner network to provide more treatment options for our international clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and healthcare providers.
- Organise and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, presentations, networking events and marketing campaigns.
- Increase BeautsGO's brand awareness through strategic business development and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate and close partnership opportunities independently.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and meet project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Beauty, Plastic Surgery, Wellness, Healthcare or Hospitality industry.
- Passionate about the beauty, aesthetics and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close business opportunities.
- Independent, proactive, mature and a fast learner.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, events and overseas training.
- Only Malaysian Chinese applicants will be considered.
