Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Portfolio: Actively promote and sell the full Star Media Group suite, including Print, Digital, Events, Radio, and our specialized Brand Studio services.
• Own Your Territory: Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned agencies and direct clients, developing custom action plans to ensure continuous spending and growth.
• Relationship Architect: Act as the face of the brand at client launches and functions, building deep-rooted trust and ensuring Star Media Group is always the preferred partner.
• Market Intelligence: Stay one step ahead by monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, providing rapid feedback to the team to maintain our market leadership.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven success in Media, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to think strategically about a client's brand.
• Comfortable with digital advertising trends and standard computer literacy.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects and hit monthly sales KPIs.
