Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

Dahua Malaysia, a leading provider of innovative security solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our product sales through our extensive network of channel partners. What you'll be doing

• Identifying and cultivating effective new channel partner relationships to expand our market reach
• Maintaining and managing the relationships with our current channel partners
• Providing product training, technical support and latest internal policies to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products and solutions
• Collecting and analyzing the key market insights
• Collaborating with channel partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Generating sales leads and opportunities through proactive engagement with our partner network

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology/ Marketing related major is a must (or the candidate who has a diploma degree and more than three(3) years related working experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Proven track record of success in a channel sales/ business development/ technical sales role, preferably within the security (CCTV product) or technology industry
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
• Strong critical thinking and result-oriented mindset
