Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, identifying business opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the opportunity to progressively develop into a Business Development Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support

• Identify and research potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online research, events, and outbound activities.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Arrange meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process from initial contact through to conversion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Support the team in achieving sales and business development targets.

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential customer segments.
• Support the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Identify new channels and opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Customer &Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities where the company's products and services can add value.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to maintain engagement and identify potential opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business and product development.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales,Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers and prospects.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales and business development.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
