Sales Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Plan and coordinate sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Handle sales administration, including preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments on deliveries and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales databases, and reports.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, outstanding orders, and payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
