Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Marketing Executive & PA to Director. The role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote company services and products, while actively supporting the Director in administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing plans, managing communication between stakeholders, preparing sales reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. The successful candidate will represent the company in cultivating relationships with clients and partners, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and assess business opportunities
- Proficiency in Communication and ability to build effective client and internal relationships
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to successfully promote and sell products and services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage personal assistant responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with F&B or beverage industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain professionalism
