Job Description

  • Manage and service existing customer accounts to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities and drive them through to successful conversion.
  • Oversee account receivables to ensure timely payments in line with agreed terms.
  • Monitor stocks and coordinate efforts to ensure timely clearance.
  • Analyse customer segments to understand their needs and trends.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Support adhoc assignments and contribute to projects as needed.
  • Research and identify valueadding opportunities that can strengthen the company's sales pipeline.
  • Assist customers by providing basic technical guidance on product quality issues to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely responses and documentation for customer requests.

The Successful Applicant


  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Technical, or Mechanical fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the paper, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and customerservice skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
