Job Description
- Manage and service existing customer accounts to meet agreed sales targets.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and drive them through to successful conversion.
- Oversee account receivables to ensure timely payments in line with agreed terms.
- Monitor stocks and coordinate efforts to ensure timely clearance.
- Analyse customer segments to understand their needs and trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Support adhoc assignments and contribute to projects as needed.
- Research and identify valueadding opportunities that can strengthen the company's sales pipeline.
- Assist customers by providing basic technical guidance on product quality issues to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely responses and documentation for customer requests.
The Successful Applicant
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Technical, or Mechanical fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the paper, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and customerservice skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
