Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective individual and corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Client Advisory: Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable products and services that align with client goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage existing client portfolios to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, and webinars) to educate the market on financial literacy and product benefits.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all client interactions and lead statuses are meticulously updated in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven track record of handling objections and navigating complex pricing discussions to close deals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • The ability to work independently and drive results without constant hand-holding.
