Job Description
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and meetings, deeply understanding their needs to drive sales opportunities.
- Act as the main contact point for key accounts, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and issues, and collaborating closely with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
- Monitor service performance metrics (e.g., delivery time, accuracy), identify problems, and take timely corrective actions to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to balance maximum profitability with competitive pricing.
- Develop partnerships with channels and service stations to expand service coverage and support franchisee recruitment and cross-region resource coordination.
- Conduct market research, collect and analyse market information, and provide data insights to support business strategies.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
- Strong basic administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Quick response and ability to handle customer needs promptly.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proven experience in account management or sales preferred; experience in the logistics/courier industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales experience in a large automotive repair workshop is an added advantage.
