We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and supporting marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Experience in a solar company will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, from initial contact through project completion
- Conduct sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and basic project documentation
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project-based sales or solution selling is preferred
- Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy projects will be an advantage
- Prior experience in solar projects or solar companies is an added advantage
