We're now looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys both the strategic and storytelling sides of sales and marketing someone eager to grow in a role that combines business thinking with creative execution.
Your Role
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll help brands translate their vision into memorable sensory experiences. You'll:
Drive Business Growth Research and identify prospects, prepare pitches and proposals, and support sales presentations with fresh ideas and data.
Build Client Relationships Manage day-to-day communications and coordinate project deliverables to ensure a smooth client experience.
Activate Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute digital and offline marketing activities to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with management, creative, and operations teams to deliver campaigns that blend sound, scent, and strategy.
Analyse & Optimise Track campaign results and sales performance to inform future decisions and improvements.
This role offers broad exposure to both the sales and marketing functions in a creative, fast-moving environment ideal for someone ready to step up and own projects with guidance and mentorship along the way.
You Bring
24 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account servicing (preferably in a B2B or agency environment) or strong internship/project experience that shows initiative and creativity.
You use analytical and problem-solving skills to translate insights into practical actions that drive results.
Strong presentation and communication skills comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams alike.
Interest in branding, music, scent, and creating memorable sensory experiences.
Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Meta, Mailchimp, Google Analytics or similar).
A proactive, self-driven attitude with attention to detail and follow-through.
