This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Sales Marketing Executive. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and feedback.

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify and develop business opportunities
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on client acquisition and retention
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in logistics or a related industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
