Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
- Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of strategies
- Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
- Collaborating with the product and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities, and making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies
- Representing the company at industry events and networking with key stakeholders to build relationships and generate new leads
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
