Sales & Marketing Manager (Healthcare industry)

Company Background:

Our client is a trusted provider of medical products in Malaysia. They are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive continuous revenue growth, lead and execute the company's business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing & sales team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Oversee product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities for customers/end users.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather industry insights for strategic growth.
• Manage tender processes including documentation, sample preparation, and submission.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and online presence.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations for top management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, International Trade, or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa and Chinese languages.
• Computer literate in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas as per work required.
